Umoya Enterprises is a subsidiary company of Coza Investments and specialises in the import and export of a wide range of great quality building finishes and solutions at affordable prices.

Our holding company is a privately held entrepreneurial investment company in South Africa. The company was established by the Claassens brothers during 2013 with the purpose to diversify their investments away from the Mining & Exploration investments which have been their primary focus prior to 2013. Coza today is a multi-facetted company with investments in property development, mining and ICT industries.

Umoya Enterprises was established to formalise and expand on the vast knowledge that Coza has established importing products from Europe and China.

Umoya Umbrellas is the sole and exclusive distributor of the EASYWIND® patented umbrellas to leading retailers, restaurants, hotels and enterprises in all SADEC countries.

All our umbrellas are equipped with the EASYWIND ® system. Unlike conventional umbrellas, EASYWIND ® umbrellas have two sets of ribs: steel and fiberglass. With the EASYWIND ® system, the umbrellas automatically adapt its shape, the canopy reduces its wind surface depending on the gusts of wind. This allows the umbrella to resist strong winds of more than 34km per hour.

Another value-add feature of the Umoya Easywind Umbrella is that the umbrella canvas is interchangeable, and it is possible to buy an umbrella with four different canvases to be used on different occasions. This is a great feature if companies want to brand their umbrellas differently for different occasions.

We see APS (automated parking systems) as the perfect solution for the massive parking issues experienced in South-Africa, whether it is government, municipal or private.

We have established a relationship with the two largest APS manufacturers in China and Umoya-Enterprises will act as a reseller in South Africa taking responsibility for the installation and support of the solution.

An APS system is scalable and results in optimum space utilization as multiple cars can be parked in the same amount of space.

It also comes with lower maintenance, operational, and construction costs and is environment friendly as it leaves more open spaces for landscaping and greenery.
